For those of you that are new here, every week, we reflect on the goals we posted last week by leaving a ✅ or a ❌ next to last weeks goals (I'll leave a comment with each one of your goals so it's easier).

For those we left an ❌ on because we didn't hit them, we write down what we actually hit and why we didn't hit them. This will allow you to understand what to do better and you'll also write what you're going to do to reach it this week!

We then write our new goals for next week!! Use my comment as an example and repeat under your comment with your @!
